Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of postoperative joint 90Sr/90Y radiotherapy in keloid.Method:90Sr/90Y contact therapy was given to 56 cases after surgery(group A). 90Sr/90Y radiotherapy was given to 60 cases(group B). All patients were followed up for 1year after combined therapy,and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Result:47 cases in the group A were cured,the total cure rate was 83.9%,total effective rate was 100%. 50 cases in the group B were cured,the total cure rate was 83.3%,total effective rate was 100%. The total effective rate,cure rate of the two groups were compared,the differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05). The period of treatment in the group A was shorter than that of the group B,the adverse reaction was less than that of the group B,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early operation resection combined with 90Sr/90Y application in the treatment of keloid has a short course of treatment,less adverse reaction,safe,satisfactory clinical effect.关键词
