45例成年患者单侧完全性唇腭裂手术后上颌骨形态特征分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the postoperative morphological characteristics of maxilla in adult patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate. Method:A total of 45 adult patient with unilateral cleft lip and palate(observation group)admitted in our hospital were selected as subjects,who received X-ray cephalometry to obtain the cephalometric radiograph of the standard lateral position. Characteristic mark points and measurement items were selected and the measured values were compared between patients and normal individuals of the same age group(control group). Result:Multiple indicators of the observation group such as∠SNA,∠SNB were compared with the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Cleft lip and palate surgery patients have different degree,different manifestations of maxillary growth restriction. Cleft lip and palate surgery is an important factor influencing the maxillary growth of patients with unilateral cleft lip and palate.关键词
