Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of hemorrhoid artery ligation and Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of multiple mixed hemorrhoids.Method:120 patients with multiple mixed hemorrhoid in our hospital after surgical treatment were retrospectively analyzed,the patients treated with hemorrhoid artery ligation and Milligan-Morgan therapy were set up the observation group(n=60),the patients treated with Milligan-Morgan therapy were set up the control group(n=60), the difference of the operation effect between the two groups were compareed.Result:In the observation group,the pain of time was(3.1±0.9)days,healing time was(11.2±1.9)days,the number of bleeding were three cases(5.0%), the number of bowel movements difficult were five cases(8.3%),the number of anal margin edema were 10 cases (16.6%),the anal stenosis had no one case,accounting for 0.0%. The patients in the preoperative,VAS scores immediate postoperative,1 day,3 days and 1 week were(7.5±1.9),(3.0±1.8),(3.1±2.3),(3.5±2.4)and(3.0±2.5). The pain of time,the healing time,the number of complications,pain scores(3 d,1 week after operation)of the observation group were significantly higher,there are significant differences between the two group were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of hemorrhoid artery ligation and Milligan-Morgan in the treatment of multiple mixed hemorrhoids is better than that of Milligan-Morgan,is worthy of reference for clinical.关键词
