Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in pneumonectomy of tuberculous damaged lung. Method:66 patients with tuberculous damaged lung were proposed pneumonectomy from July 2010 to April 2013 in our hospital,and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the control group were given routine nursing,the experimental group were given comprehensive nursing intervention,clinical effect of two groups were observed and compared. Result:After nursing intervention,health knowledge awareness, compliance and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,arterial blood gas analysis condition was better than that of control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with tuberculous damaged lung proposed pneumonectomy can effectively improve the patients' mastery of health knowledge and understanding,obviously improve medical compliance and satisfaction,and significantly improve the clinical situation,it has an ideal clinical effect.关键词
