摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of evidence-based nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated with arrhythmia.Method:90 Patients with arrhythmia after acute myocardial infarction in our hospital from January 2010 to August 2011 were selected, and randomly divided into control group and observation group, each of 45 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group were given evidence-based nursing in clinical nursing based on the routine nursing care. The average time in bed and hospitalization time, medical expenses, the average grade of cardiac function, arrhythmia incidence rate, rate of health knowledge and satisfaction degree were compared.Result:The average hospitalization time of the observation group patients was(11.08± 1.05)d,the average time in bed was(2.98±0.76)d,and the average hospitalization expenses was(5175.85±613.4) days, there were significantly lower than the control group, the incidence of arrhythmia in observation group(12.22%) was significantly lower than that in the control group, the observation group health knowledge compliance rate(95.56%) and patient satisfaction(95.56%)were significantly higher than the control group, and the difference between the cardiac function of two groups of patients were statistically significant classification.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing on patients with acute myocardial infarction complicated arrhythmia can reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, improve cardiac function, shorten the recovery time, and improve the curative effect of patient satisfaction and other very good, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
