摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi by ultrasonic location. Method:286 cases of urinary calculi patients treated between January 2010 and December 2012 were selected as research subjects.All patients were treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy by ultrasound localization. Result:286 cases of patients with a first time gravel successful 179 cases,accounting for 62.59%, secondary gravel successful in 54 cases,accounting for 18.88%,three times the success of 34 cases,accounting for 11.89%,ineffective in 19 cases,accounting for 6.64%. 216 cases were cured,51 cases improved,19 cases ineffective, total effective rate was 93.36%. Conclusion:Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy by ultrasound localization in the treatment of urinary calculi accurate positioning,curative effect is exact,it is an effective method for the treatment of urinary calculi.关键词
