雄激素受体在雄性激素源性脱发患者的表达观察
The Observation of Androgen Receptor Expression in Androgenetic Alopecia Patients

Abstract
To investigate AR expression in the top of epidermis,hair follicle and sebaceous gland, sudoriferous gland.Method:The top and the occipital scalp of AGA patients(n=26)and the top scalp of non-alopecia people(n=10)as specimens were obtained,and AR expressions in the epidermis,hair follicle and sebaceous gland, sudoriferous gland were studied by immunohistochemistry method.Result:AR expressions of hair follicle,sebaceous gland,sudoriferous gland on the top of AGA patients were stronger than the occipital of AGA patients and the top of non-alopecia(P<0.05);AR expressions of hair follicle,sebaceous gland,sudoriferous gland in the occipital of AGA patients had no significant difference with the top of non-alopecia(P>0.05). All samples were negative for AR in epidermis. Conclusion:AR expressions on the top of hair follicle and sebaceous gland,sudoriferous gland in AGA patients may be one of the key factors leading to AGA.关键词
