HEDIS系统在膀胱造瘘管出院患者社区健康教育中的应用研究
The Research on Application of HEDIS Model in Community Health Education for Patients with Bladder Fistula

Abstract
To investigate the validity and reliability of HEDIS model of community health education for patients with bladder fistula.Method:88 patients with bladder fistula,long-term indwelled urinary bladder fistula in our hospital from May 2008 to April 2013 were selected,and they were divided into the HEDIS nursing group(n=45)and the traditional nursing group(n=43),the nursing effect of the two groups was evaluated.Result:On canal nursing,care of medicine safety,urine routine surveillance,psychological nursing,acknowledgement of disease and emotion state,the HEDIS nursing group were better than the traditional nursing group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the bladder fistula complications of the two groups was compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:As a novel nursing method,HEDIS model may offer a more effective way of community nursing for patients with bladder fistula.关键词
