Abstract
To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of DHS and PFNA internal fixation in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures.Method:72 patients with proximal femoral fractures in our hospital from September 2012 to September 2013 were selected,they were divided into the control group for 35 cases and the study group for 37 cases according to the different operation methods.The control group was treated with DHS internal fixation,the study group was treated with PNFA internal fixation.The relevant indicators between the two groups were observed and compared. Result:The blood loss,postoperative drainage volume and Harris score of the study group were significantly less than the control group,and surgery time,hospitalization time,healing time and ambulation time of the study group were significantly shorter than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of proximal femoral fractures,PFNA internal fixation can gain a good clinical effect,meanwhile can improve the hip joint function and raise activities of daily living,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
