Analysis of Causes and Treatment Experiences for Urinary Retention during Preterm Premature Rupture of Memberane
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the primary causes and treatment methods for urinary retention during preterm premature rupture of memberane.Method: A retrospective analysis was made in the clinical data of 26 PPROM patients with urinary retention during expectant treatment from December 2010 to December 2012.Result: The occurrence of urinary retention associated with micturition posture changed, environmental changed, applicated spasmolysis medicine, pregnant women spirit, psychological factors and medical personnel patrol was not enough. In the event of urinary retention, indwelling catheter immediately, postpartum could return to normal.Conclusion: Effective doctor-patient communication, alleviate psychological pressure, guide the bed urination and strengthen patrol is the key to prevent urinary retention during expectant treatment of women with PPROM.关键词
