Abstract
To investigate the effects of sevoflurane and propofol on cognitive function in elderly patients with lung cancer.Method:100 elderly patients admitted with lung cancer in our hospital from March 2011 to September 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the propofol group and the sevoflurane group,50 cases in each group.The mental state score and serum S100βprotein between the two groups preoperative and postoperative were compared and analyzed.Result:There were no differences in operative time and duration of anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05).Within 3 days after surgery,the NNSE score of the sevoflurane group was significantly higher than in the propofol group(P<0.05),after surgery 8 d,the two groups had no significant difference in MMSE score(P>0.05). There were no differences at 20 min before operation and 30 min after operation in serum S100βprotein between the two groups(P>0.05),the serum S100βprotein of the sevoflurane group 2 days after the operation was significantly lower than the propofol group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sevoflurane and propofol have some effects on early cognitive function of elderly patients with lung cancer after operation,but the occurrence of sevoflurane cognitive impairment probability is low,fast recovery,is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
