Abstract
To research the effect of nasogastric,nasojejunal and oral feeding on aspiration pneumonia. Method:A total of 118 patients were enrolled to the study,38 of them accepted nasogastric(A group),34 preferred nasojejunal(B group),and 46 preferred oral route(C group).The differences of incidence of aspiration pneumonia were compared after six months.Result:The incidence of aspiration pneumonia were 76.3%,55.9%,89.1%in nasogastric, nasojejunal,oral groups,respectively.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with long-term needs artificial enteral nutrition,nasal jejunal tube can effectively reduce the incidence of aspiration pneumonia.关键词
