摘要
Abstract
To explore the application effect of compound lidocaine cream in indwelling venipuncture needle of children. Method:180 children treated with indwelling venipuncture needle in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014 were selected and randomly divided into experiment group(n=80)and control group(n=80). The experiment group was given compound lidocaine cream on puncture point before puncture;the control group was punctured on the basis of routine disinfection after rubbing common hand cream. Visual analogue scale(VAS),puncture success rate and satisfactory rate of the two groups were observed and compared. Result:VAS of the experiment group was lower than that of control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05). Puncture success rate of experiment group was 98.8%, which was higher than that of control group(72.5%),there was significant difference(P<0.05). Satisfactory rate of experiment group was 86.2%,and 48.8%in control group,there was significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion:The application of compound lidocaine cream in indwelling venipunture needle of children can reduce the pain,improve the success rate and satisfactory rate of puncture.关键词
