Abstract
To observe curative effect of reinforcing Qi and nourish blood,nourishing Yin and eyesight prescription principles of Qiming granule combined with calcium dobesilate capsules in the treatment of patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy.Method:86 cases of nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy were selected from June 2012 to February 2013,and they were divided into two groups according to the principle of randomized,controlled,each group had 43 cases.The experimental group was given the Qiming granule combined with calcium dobesilate capsules, the control group was given calcium dobesilate capsules. Before and after treatment,vision and the change of retina of the two groups were observed.Result:After treatment,patients degree of visual acuity and fundus in the experimental group were superior to the control group,the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.7%,the control group was 69.8%,the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(Z=-2.204,P=0.028). The fasting glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin of two groups were compared,the differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05),and in the treatment period,there were no adverse reactions.Conclusion:The Qiming granule combined with calcium dobesilate capsules in the treatment of patients with nonproliferative diabetic retinopathy,can promote visual acuity,fundus hemorrhage,exudation,and more effective than pure calcium dobesilate capsules treatment. In diseases,main symptoms and signs,laboratory index and the security level,it is better than the application of calcium dobesilate capsules,worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
