Abstract
To investigate the clinical effect of Maxingshigan decoction combined with salbutamol in treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma in children.Method:60 cases of acute attack of bronchial asthma treated in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2013 were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the control group, 30 cases in the observation group.Two groups were given conventional anti infection,cough expectorant treatment.Based on the the above treatment,the control group were treated with nebulized salbutamol treatment.The observation group was given Maxingshigan decoction combined with salbutamol.2 weeks after the treatment,the treatment effective rate of the two groups were observed,and the pulmonary function indexes of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Result:The effective rate of the control group was 66.67%,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,the difference between the two groups was significant(χ²=5.323,P<0.05).After the treatment,the lung function indexes of two groups had obvious change,the lung index change of the observation group was significantly better than those of the control group,the difference of the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Maxingshigan decoction combined with salbutamol in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma has obvious effect,it can improve the pulmonary function of children,it is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
