摘要
Abstract
To investigate correlation of the reproductive tract inflammation and anti-sperm immune infertility,efficacy of comparative different TCM therapy for anti-sperm immune infertility. Method:88 patients with infertile were screened in 300 cases from January 2012 to December 2013 in our hospital,30 cases were treated by western medicine;28 cases in yin and blood stasis group,30 cases in heat simmers groups were respectively applicated different prescription medicine treatment. Result:AsAb positive rate in 88 cases with genital tract inflammation and 232,with non-inflammatory were Respectively 54.55%;and 29.74%from 320 patients,with infertility,which were significantly different (P<0.05).Three kinds of different treatments had a significant effect on infertility patients,there was no significant difference in efficiency(P>0.05)between the three groups. TCM therapy could significantly reduce cervical mucus expression of IL-2,UU,CT-positive rate,while significantly reducing the expression of anti-sperm antibodies in serum (P<0.05). Conclusion:TCM therapy can reduce the level of inflammatory markers,remove or inhibit AsAb produced, so as to achieve effects of treating in anti-sperm immune infertility with flammatory.关键词
