Abstract
To explore the clinical effect of air pressure wave therapy apparatus on prevention of postpartum deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremity.Method:120 cases of perinatal women hospitalized for collection, divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group were given conventional clinical treatment in postpartum prophylaxis of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity,the observation group were given air pressure wave therapeutic apparatus on the basis of routine clinical treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups were observed. Result:The observation group were not triggered in patients with deep venous thrombosis and pulmonary embolism,5 patients were found to have lower limb swelling,pain. The incidence of deep vein thrombosis in the control group was 13.33%.The incidence of leg pain,swelling was 31.66%.The incidence of pulmonary embolism was 6.66%.Compared with the observation group,there were significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Making air pressure wave therapy has obvious therapeutic effect on venous thrombosis of the lower limbs,effectively reduce the incidence of postpartum lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.关键词
