Abstract
To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted surgery and open surgery in the treatment of inguinal hernia.Method:500 cases of inguinal hernia from January 2010 to September 2013 were selected as the research objects,according to the surgery method,the patients were divided into the group A and the group B, 232 cases in the group A were treated with conventional open surgery,268 cases in the group B were given laparoscopic assisted surgery,the effect of two groups was compared.Result:The average operation time,average pain duration, average analgesics application number,scrotal hematoma and infection of incision complications incidence and the erage hospitalization time etc in the group B were significantly lower than that of the group A,the differences between the two groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:For different ages inguinal hernia patients using laparoscopic assisted surgery has a shorter operation time,low incidence of complications and shorter hospitalization time,fast recovery,etc,the advantages of its practical treatment effect in the treatment of inguinal hernia is reliable,and is worth popularizing in clinical application.关键词
