金葡菌法制备Wistar大鼠胫骨骨髓炎骨缺损模型
Making the Wistar Rats Tibias Osteomyelitic Bone Defect Modal by Staphylococcus Aureus
摘要
Abstract
To observe the effect of making Wistar rats tibias osteomyelitic bone defect by putting a carbasus with Staphylococcus aureus in the bone defection.Method:30 Wistar tibias were divided into 3 groups randomly. The 1st group:control group,every tibia was putted bone defect. The 2nd group:every tibia was putted a carbasus with staphylococcus aureus(SA)in the bone defect. The 3rd group:every rat was used antibiotic therapy after the course of the 2nd group. The time of vulnus union,weight,rectal temperature,leuk-analysis,appearance of local tissue condition were compared,the tibias CR at 7 d,14 d for evaluating the course of osteomyelitic bone defect were observed.Result:Among the 3 group,there were remarkable differences at the the condition of vulnus union,weight,rectal temperature,leuk-analysis,appearance of local tissue condition,and tibias CR(P<0.05). Conclusion:Putting a carbasus with SA in the bone defection is a good way to make the modal of osteomyelitic bone defect.关键词
