Vertebral Side Clearance into the Road Fixed in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the clinical curative effect of vertebral side road clearance into the injured vertebra fixed in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.Method:87 cases of thoracolumbar fractures in our hospital from July 2008 to March 2012 were selected,they were randomly into the observation group(n=41)and the control group(n=46).They respectively used vertebral side gap into the way of injured vertebral and adjacent vertebral body up and down with pedicle screw fixation,and traditional surgery treatment,the clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,blood loss,postoperative drainage of two groups were compared, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In the observation group,the amount of loss of fanterior flange height was(5.5±1.9)%,amount of loss of injured vertebra protrusion deformity after Cobb angle was(3.5±1.3)°, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The extent of pain score(VAS)of two groups were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vertebral side clearance in the injured vertebral fixation is an effective method for the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures.关键词
