摘要
Abstract
To compare and analyze through different approaches to cure pineocytoma,to determine the good potential of various kinds of surgical entry.Method:60 Pineocytoma patients were randomly divided into four groups:the group A(n=16),the group B(n=18),the group C(n=14)and the group D(n=12),they were respectively given Poppen pillow into the road,forehead into the lateral ventricle,triangular lateral ventricle into the road and after the corpus callosum approach,tentorium cerebelli tumors at about 4 cm×4 cm×4 cm conditions were compared and analyzed.Result:The group A’s prognosis was better than the other approach,tumors had the high cutting rate,small postoperative reaction,reduced the incidence of hydrocephalus,functional recovery was superior to the other approach(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tentorium cerebelli Poppen the pillow into the approach treatment the Pineocytoma patients prognosis is better than the other approach,it is worthy of clinical application.关键词
