摘要
Abstract
To analyze the efficacy and safety of 23G transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy in treatment of vitreous hemorrhage secondary to retinal vein occlusion.Method:96 patients with vitreous hemorrhage secondary to retinal vein occlusion were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,48 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated by 23G transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy,the control group was treated by conventional vitrectomy,and after the surgery,the two group patients were adopted the same treatment and nurse measurements.The visual acuity recovery status,intraocular pressure, intraoperative and postoperative complications between the two groups were compared.Result:There were no significant differences between the two groups in visual acuity recovery and intraocular pressure value(P>0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in the incidence of intraoperative massive hemorrhage and iatrogenic retinal hole(P>0.05),but the incidence of repeated replacement micro instruments in the experimental group was 4.17%, it was significantly lower than 33.33% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:23G transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy has the same efficacy with conventional vitrectomy,it can recover the patients’visual acuity and normalize intraocular pressure,but compared to conventional vitrectomy,the complications probability of 23G transconjunctival sutureless vitrectomy is smaller.关键词
