摘要
Abstract
To observe the clinical effect of blood lactic acid monitoring of ICU critical patients with pneumonia on the disease.Method:160 critically ill patients in our hospital in 2013 were selected as research objects, they were given the dynamic monitoring of blood lactic acid level,the prognosis of patients with different levels of lactic acid,death and survival in patients with different time levels of lactic acid were observed.Result:Severe lactic acidosis in patients with lactic acid peak,APACHEⅡ,MODS,shock,mortality rate were significantly higher than the other two groups;after admission,lactic acid level after admission,the lactic acid level 6 h after admission,the lactic acid level 12 h after admission,the lactic acid level 24 h after admission,the death group were significantly higher than the survival group level,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The level of blood lactic acid can be used as important indicators for monitoring patients condition and prognosis in critically.关键词
