Abstract
To study the effect of acupuncture and massage therapy on periarthritis of shoulder. Method:In our hospital from January 2012 to January 2013,60 shoulder periarthritis patients were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,patients in the control group used acupuncture in the treatment of single,observation group was treated with acupuncture and massage therapy. To compare clinical effects between the two groups. Result:The observation index in pain,muscle strength,stability,the function of the shoulder joint and shoulder joint activity degree of five evaluation of shoulder function groups,scores were higher than those in the control group,and the postoperative month within the first postoperative month,after one,third,and six months,Neer score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture and massage therapy in internal fixation of proximal humeral fracture patients plays a positive role,and can improve the stability of the shoulder joint function,also improve the prognosis of patients with internal fixation effect.关键词
