鼻腔冲洗液剂量对慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者手术预后的影响
The Effect of Different Dose of Nasal Irrigation Liquid on the Postoperative Patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect on the postoperative patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRwNP)by different dose of nasal irrigation liquid.Method:90 postoperative patients with CRwNP were randomly divided into the group A,B and C,they were irrigated with 1000,500,250 mL physiologic saline,respectively. All the assessments were carried out at preoperative and postoperative 1,3,6 months,by visual analogue scale(VAS),SNOT-20,Lund-Mackay score,and Lund-Kenenedy score. Comprehensive evaluation based on the statistic of the nasal cavity cleaning time and the epithelization time and the number of endoscopic cleaning demand in the postoperative 6 months. Result:Compared with the group C,the VAS score in group A had a better results at postoperative 1 month(P<0.05);better results were obtained both in the group A and group B at postoperative 3 months,and the group A was better than the group B(P<0.05). The total score of SNOT-20 questionnaire at postoperative 1,3 and 6 months in group A were lower than the group C(P<0.05);at postoperative 6 months in the group B were lower than the group C(P<0.05). Lund-Kenenedy score in the group A and B was better than the group C at postoperative 1 month(P<0.05). The nasal cavity cleaning time and the epithelization time in the group A,B were earlier than those in the group C(P<0.05). The number of endoscopic cleaning in the group A was less than that of the group C demand in the postoperative 6 months(P<0.05). Conclusion:Nasal endoscopic surgery may shorten the cavity cleaning time,promote the process of epithelization,so as to improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the course of disease by high dose such as 1000 mL physiologic saline for nasal irrigation.关键词
