Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of using mini compact nephroscope in gallbladder stones through endoscope with gallbladder preserved.Method:987 cases of gallbladder stones were dealt with mini compact nephroscope through endoscope with gallbladder preserved from Jun 2008 to May 2012 in our hospital. All the subjects were followed up by 2-6 years,and were re-examined by type B ultrasound,the review results were statistical.Result:785 cases in telephone return visit with the reply and the follow-up rate was 79.5%.70 cases were suffered from gallbladder stones recurrence,and the recurrence rate was 8.92%. In the recurrence cases,there were 10 cases of chronic cholecystitis, 15 cases of atrophic cholecystitis. The recurrence rate was 5.73%when excluded the patients with these two diseases. <br> Conclusion:Although the application of mini compact nephroscope in gallbladder stones through endoscope with gallbladder preserved in gallbladder stones recurrence,but if the operation indication strictly,it can significantly decrease gallstone recurrence rate,retain the function of gallbladder,and prevent the possibility of bile duct injury.It is a safe and effective technology.关键词
