Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of argatroban on the nerve function defect and blood coagulation in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Method:98 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from October 2011 to October 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according by random digit table,the control group(49 cases)was given conventional treatment,the observation group(49 cases)were treated with argatroban infusion therapy,treatment duration was 2 weeks. The neurological impairment(CSS score)in the two group was evaluated after the treatment,and the changes of coagulation index were also analyzed. Result:The treatment effect and clinical nerve function damage degree(CSS)scores in the observation group were superior to the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the prothrombin time review returned to normal in the observation group. No obvious adverse reaction and allergic reaction were seen. Conclusion:Argatroban can effectively restore the defect of neural function and coagulation function in patients,it is safety and efficacy in acute cerebral infarction patients.关键词
