双镜联合下尿道会师术治疗急性后尿道完全断裂的临床应用
Clinical Application of Double Endoscopy Combined with Lower Urethral Realignment for Treating Acute Posterior Urethral Disruption

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application value of double mirror with urethral realignment in the treatment of acute posterior urethral rupture.Method:70 patients with acute posterior urethral rupture in our hospital from June 2007 to June 2013 were selected,according to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the observation group(n=38)and the control group(n=32),the observation group were treated with double endoscopy combined with lower urethral realignment,the control group underwent suprapubic cystotomy urethral realignment. The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and complications of two groups were compared.Result:In the observation group,operation time,intraoperative bleeding and complications were better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the endoscopy combined with urethral reunion operation in treating acute posterior urethral disruption is a safe,effective treatment,has the advantages of small trauma,less complications, shorter operation time,is worth the clinical promotion.关键词
