吉西他滨联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的疗效观察OA
Observation of the Curative Effect of Gemcitabine Combined with Radiotherapy in Treatment of Advanced Cervical Cancer
目的：观察吉西他滨联合放疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌患者的近期临床疗效。方法：55例中晚期宫颈癌患者随机数字表法分为两组，A组27例仅采用放疗方法治疗，B组28例在放疗治疗基础上加用吉西他滨治疗。比较两组近期疗效及不良反应。结果：B组治疗总有效率为85.7%，A组总有效率为55.6%，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.01）；A组有14例主要表现为乏力、纳差，6例恶心、呕吐症状明显；B组有15例主要表现为乏力、纳差，8例恶心、呕吐症状明显。A组中有Ⅰ…查看全部>>
Objective:To observe the recent clinical efficacy of gemcitabine combined with radiotherapy in treatment of cervical cancer.
