Research Advance on Hemophagocytic Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Hemophagocytic syndrome(HPS)is also knowed as hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis(HLH), which is classified to FHLH and SHLH. The clinical manifestations are various and the diagnosis should be accorded with the HLH diagnosis standard. VP-16,dexamethasone and cyclosporin A are the first choice of treatment.In this review,the recent progress on the etiology,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment strategies of HLH have been described.关键词
