Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect of continuous blood purification treated in elderly critically acute kidney injury patients.Method: 140 elderly critically acute kidney injury patients were selected form ICU in our hospital during January 2012 and January 2014, who were divided into observation group and control group by randomly and double-blind principles. The control group was treated by conventional elderly critically acute kidney injury treatment, and observation group was adopted continuous blood purification beside the conventional elderly critically acute kidney injury treatment. We compared the treatment effects and test results between the two groups.Result:The observation group was better than the control group in system test scores after treatment, and the difference was significantly(P<0.05). In various indicators (such as arterial blood gas pH, blood urea nitrogen, HCO3-, serum creatinine, electrolytes), the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Continuous blood purification beside the conventional elderly critically acute kidney injury treatment can improve the clinical cure rate and the disorder of body internal environment, so it is worth to promote in clinical.关键词
