摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the radiologic characteristics of autoimmune pancreatitis(AIP).Method: The radiological data of 15 AIP patients met the Asia diagnostic criteria of AIP in 2008 were retrospectively reviewed, the radiologic characteristics of extrapancreatic and intrapancreatic lesions was described.Result: CT and MRI showed diffuse swelling of the pancreas in 10 cases and focal enlargement in 5 cases. The swollen pancreas was hypointense on T1WI and mildly hyperintense on T2WI, 15 paitients appeared enhancement on delayed phase. A capsule-like rim was showed in 3 cases. Narrowing of the intrapancreatic portion of common bile duct were found in 9 cases, and ERCP showed diffuse and irregular narrowing of the main pancreatic duct in 3 cases. Low density nodular foci in double kidneys were seen in 2 cases. Conclusion: AIP has certain characteristics of typical imaging feature ,imaging examinations play an important roles in the diagnosis of AIP.关键词
