摘要
Abstract
With the legal system enhancements and the people’s awareness of legal protection in China, the incidence of medical malpractice incidents are increasing every year. As a high-risk department, nursing is harder to avoid the occurrence of disputes in general surgery. To avoid nursing disputes, the majority research topic that nurses must be faced. In our study, the characteristics and common causes of nursing disputes are analyzed combining with the clinical practice, general surgery analyzed, the correlative strategies are explored as a key task.关键词
