Abstract
Objective:To analyze the influencing factors regarding determination of urine red blood cells by AVE-763B automated urinalysis analyzer.Method: 545 samples of urine from hospitalized patients were tested by AVE-763B automated urinalysis analyzer and microscopic examination. The results were compared with statistics method.Result: The false-positive rate, false-negative rate, sensitivity and specificity of determination of urine red blood cells by AVE-763B automated urinalysis analyzer were 15.2%, 0,1%, 84.8% respectively. When compared with the microscopic examination group, the results were statistic difference (P<0.05). The results showed that the crystal, epithelial cells, yeast were main factors of affecting the detected results by AVE-763B automated urinalysis analyzer.Conclusion: Discussion AVE-763B automated urinalysis analyzer must combine microscope examination in order to improve the urine examination quality.关键词
