Abstract
Objective:To investigate the serum NO and NOS laboratory medicine combined value of early diagnosis and treatment of cirrhosis of the liver.Method: 120 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the two groups were performed laboratory testing of serum NO and NOS, combined with other blood tests, all of the patients were diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver, western medicine control group, line treatment in combination therapy group.Result: Serum NO and NOS of the groups were measured, serum NO and NOS of cirrhotic patients were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). The total efficiency of clinical efficacy in treatment group was 94.55%, the control group was 78.18%. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Serum levels of biochemical markers comparison: liver function of two groups were improved, after treatment, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Serum NO and NOS in laboratory testing has a high diagnostic value of early cirrhosis, combined traditional Chinese medicine with good effect .关键词
