Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical value of diabetic foot diagnosis box used in diabetic patients. Method: 100 diabetic patients were selected form our hospital, who were diagnosed by diabetic foot diagnosis box. According to the difference of ankle-brachial index, 100 cases were divided into two groups, one group was experiment group (ankle-brachial index≥1), the other one was control group (ankle-brachial index<1), and then we compared the two group patients’s basic and general data.Result: After that the patients were diagnosed by diabetic foot diagnosis box, the experiment group was higher than control group in fasting glucose, blood glucose after two-hour postprandial, glycated hemoglobin, systolic and diastolic blood pressure, and the differences were significant (P<0.05). In patients’age and course of disease, the experiment group was longer than control group, and the differences were significantly (P<0.05). Conclusion: In the process of diagnosing, diabetic foot diagnosis box can early and accurately diagnose the disease, and can reduce the patients’pain, also it is a safe and effective diagnosis tool, so it is worth to promote in clinical.关键词
