摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the influence of dexmedetomidine on perioperative heart rate and blood pressure in coronary artery disease patients abdominal operation.Method:Eighty patients with coronary heart disease underwent elective abdominal operation were selected, the aged between 55 and 73 years,ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ,they were divided into the dexmedetomidine group(the group D)and the control group(the group C),40 cases in each group. Dexmedetomidine 0.3μg/(kg·h)was pumped into the group D when the anesthesia induction began, the same amount of physiological saline was injected into the group C.Changes of heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups were monitored and recorded before anesthesia induction(T0),after anesthesia induction(T1),after endotracheal intubation (T2),the operation begin(T3),after surgery(T4)after entering operation room.Result:Competed with T0,the HR, SBP and DBP of the two groups were declined between T1 and T3,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). SBP and DBP in group D were statistically lower than those of group C at T4,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexmedetomidine intravenous injection has a great protective effect on perioperative period heart rate and blood pressure in coronary artery disease patients, can make the perioperative surgical stimulation reaction of cardiac autonomic nervous function of the interference to a minimum, has a myocardial protective role.关键词
