Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical significance of comfortable nurse in femoral neck fracture. Method:Ninty-eight consecutive patients with femoral neck fracture,who attended the inpatient clinic of our Hospital from April 2012 to April 2013. Forty-nine patients were recruited as experimental group ,and another as controls. Two gooups were used by routine nursing,and the experimental group were added in comfortable nursing. The nursing efficacy was assessed by the VAS.Result:The nursing efficacy of experimental group was better than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The clinical significance of nursed comfortablely in femoral neck fracture is significant. It can reduce the pain of patients with femoral neck fracture,and the rate of adverse reactions and nursing complications are low. Patients are more likely to accept and recognition. Therefore,it could be applied to clinical.关键词
