Abstract
Objective:To improve the rehabilitation effect of patients with chronic schizophrenia in hospital, improve the chronic schizophrenia patients’ quality of life,to study occupational therapy in rehabilitation of chronic schizophrenia patients. Method:42 cases of chronic schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each group was 21 cases,the study group was treated by method of occupational therapy,the control group was treated by conventional methods of care and treatment,treatment effects of two groups were observed,and the corresponding criteria as a comparison basis. Result:Differences of ADL,NOSIE-30 between the two groups were not obvious before operation therapy,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),after the occupational therapy intervention for nearly 1 years later,the difference of ADL,SANS,NOSIE-30 total score and each factor score between the two groups were significant(P<0.01). Conclusion:Operation therapy has obvious effect on chronic schizophrenia rehabilitation in nosocomial disease,it can improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
