Abstract
Objective:To analyze prescription of resident drug withdraw,and to improve the clinical service quality.Method:A statistical analysis had been done on the related information of 2208 drug withdrawal prescriptions from July 2013 to December 2013.Result:According to the withdraw amounts of the 2208 withdraw prescriptions,the comparatively more withdraw cases occurred in pediatric and respiratory department.Of all the withdraw reasons,982 of them were adjustment of prescription(account for 44.47%),579 were temporary discharge(account for 26.22%), 301 were medication refuse(account for 13.62%),and only 62 of them were adverse drug reaction(ARD)withdraws (account for 2.83%). Major withdrew drugs were anti-infective drugs,which were 912 cases,accounting for 41.30%, the secondary were cardiovascular drugs,which were 333 cases,accounting for 15.08%.Conclusion:Apparently,the withdraw amount of our hospital is large,with a high proportion of inappropriatewithdraws.Internal management should be strengthened to improve the sense of responsibility and service of doctors,nurses and pharmacists;and a complete withdraw principle should be established to control the prescriptions of anti-infective drugs,which would discount the unnecessary withdraws.关键词
