Abstract
Objective:To investigate impact of the respiratory function exercise on the complications of patients with cardiovascular and thoracic surgery.Method:128 cases of open heart surgery who hospitalized in our hospital cardiothoracic surgery were chosen from February 2012 to February 2014,the patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=64)and the control group(n=64). The experimental group was given respiratory muscle evaluation,exercise guidance preoperative and postoperative,the pulmonary complications were observed.Result:After exercise,compared with the control group,arterial blood gas oxygen partial pressure,lung capacity,the chase volume per minute,blood oxygen saturation,etc.in the experimental group had a different degree of increase,pulmonary complications were significantly reduce(χ 2=4.66,P<0.05).Conclusion:Respiratory muscle evaluation and respiratory function exercise in treatment of patients with cardiovascular and thoracic open surgery,can improve the patient‘s lung function,reduce postoperative complications.关键词
