卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的效果分析

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage.Method:61 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were admitted by our hospital from March 2011 to January 2014, they were randomly divided into observation group(n=31)and control group(n=30).The observation group were treated with Carboprost tromethamine,while the control group were treated with misoprostol combined with oxytocin.The amount of 2 h hemorrhage and the bleeding time,the incidence of adverse reaction and the clinical curative effect were compared between two groups after treatment.Result:After treatment,the amount of 2 h hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group,bleeding time was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the incidence of side effects were lower than that in the control group,the difference were statistically significance(P<0.05).The total efficiency of the observation group(93.55%)was significantly higher than that of control group(83.33%),the difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage is significant,which shorten the bleeding time and reduce the amount of bleeding.关键词
