摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of cholecystostomy from the perspective of gallbladder. Method:The clinical data of 19 patients with cholecystostomy from January 2010 to December 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.Result:In the 19 patients with cholecystostomy,16 patients were cured,3 patients were improved(with pipe discharge).The condition of reoperation after 3 to 6 months:10 patients were carried with cholecystectomy;9 patients didn’t surgery.The examination with ultrasound was used every 6 months to the patients without cholecystectomy.The longest follow-up was nine times,the shortest follow-up was once,cholecystolithiasis was not recurrence and the quality of life was normal in these patients.Conclusion:Cholecystostomy is not limited to patients with acute critical illness gallstones,which will have greater value to the treatment of gallstones under the support of the theory with gallbladder.关键词
