Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application effect of stretched sheath on the MPCNL surgery in treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi.Method:The clinical data of 112 patients with impacted upper ureteral calculi who were treated with MPCNL in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,Among them,60 cases from January 2010 to February 2012 were regarded as the control group,they were only treated with the ordinary peel-away sheath intraoperative,52 cases from March 2012 to December 2013 were regarded as the stretched sheath group,they were treated with stretched sheath on the basis of ordinary peel-away sheath.The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume and incidence of complications of the two groups were observed and compared.Result:The operation time and intraoperative bleeding volume of stretched sheath group were significantly less than those of control group,and the incidence of complications of stretched sheath group was significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of stretched sheath obviously increase the efficiency of MPCNL in treatment of impacted upper ureteral calculi,is worthy of clinical application.关键词
