IL-1B基因多态性及幽门螺旋杆菌感染与胃癌的关系研究
Study on the Relationship of IL-1B Gene Polymorphism and Helicobacter Pylori Infection with Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the correlation of the polymorphisms of the IL-1B gene with the susceptibility of gastric cancer.Method:The genetic DNA was extracted from the peripheral blood of 130 normal subjects and 65 gastric cancer patients in Henan Province.IL-1 polymorphisms were analyzed using PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism.Result:IL-1B-31 and IL-1B-511 were 3 genotypes,respectively was C/C,C/T and T/T;the rate of Hp infection(55.4%)in control was lower than cases(70.8%),and there was significant difference(χ²=5.6,P<0.05 ).IL-1B-511 and IL-1B-31T/T could increase the risk of gastric cancer OR=8.1(95%CI:2.4-10.1),OR=11.5(95%CI:1.9-13.1).Conclusion:IL-1B-31 and IL-1B-511 TT gene polymorphism may be associated with the risk of gastric cancer in this area.关键词
