Abstract
Objective:To investigate the anesthetic effect and safety of Dezocine combined with Propofol for local anesthesia in the painless tubal ligation. Method:100 women(ASAⅠ-Ⅱ)who underwent painless tubal ligation in our hospital from January 2013 to April 2014,they were randomly divided into the group D and the group F,50 cases in each group.The group D was given Dezocine combined with Propofol for local anesthesia,the group F(the control group) was given Fentanyl combined with Propofol for local anesthesia.The anesthetic effect,intraoperative body movement, respiratory and circulatory depression,postoperative VAS score,incidence of postoperative nausea,vomiting,dizziness of the two groups were compared.Result:There were no differences between two groups in anesthetic effect score, postoperative VAS score,intraoperative body movement(P>0.05).The incidence of respiratory inhibition in the group D was significantly lower than that in the group F,and within 4 hours postoperatively,incidence of nausea,vomiting and dizziness in the group D were significantly lower than those in the group F,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Fentanyl combined with Propofol,Dezocine combined with Propofol has the same anesthetic effect,but with less respiratory depression and postoperative nausea,vomiting,dizziness,which suggest that the latter can be used safely in tubal ligation,is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
