乳腺癌改良根治术后患者病耻感的调查研究
Investigation of the Illness Stigma after Breast Modified Radical Mastectomy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the illness stigma from the patients after breast modified radical mastectomy. Method:By continuous sampling,127 patients after breast modified radical mastectomy were selected. They were investigated with the Perceived Devaluation-Discrimination Scal in the Link Stigma Scal.Result:The stigma score of patients after breast modified radical mastectomy was(2.62±0.51),this result compared with the scale midpoint of (2.50±0.38),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Different age,marriage,occupation,educational level,there was a statistically significant difference of stigma(P<0.01).Conclusion:Breast modified radical mastectomy damages and affects the role and identity of women with breast cancer seriously,lets the perception of discrimination reinforce,produces illness stigma,impact quality of life. Nurses should take active countermeasures,and to improve the quality of life of patients after Breast modified radical mastectomy.关键词
