The Influence of Different Teaching Method on Nursing Students with Nasogastric Indwelling Catheter

Abstract
Objective:To explore different teaching method on nursing students of nasogastric indwelling catheter, in order to improve the teaching quality,serve the patients.Method:506 college nursing students were selected by random sampling,they were randomly divided into two groups,nasogastric tube was placed with different teaching methods. The control group(n=250)used conventional nursing traditional teaching methods. The experimental group(n=256) was design suitable for measuring scale,questionnaire assessed,ideal teach nurse students were select,demonstration teaching,pay attention to the key points and difficulties in the teaching of interpretation,the emphasis on methods and students’ perception of experience. Used simulating practice teaching methods,strengthened the placement have difficulty of targeted teaching intervention for nursing students. Self-awareness,self feeling and success rate of catheter,etc of nursing students and the operator were analyzed.Result:The indwelling catheter success rate of the experimental group was 96.9%,the control group was 45.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). After treatment,self-awareness,self feelings and fears score of two groups comparison difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion:Correct grasp state anxiety of nursing students and catheter before,during and last in the relevant line, letter,cognitive intervention,especially for nasogastric indwelling catheter above moderate state anxiety factors of nursing students demonstration teaching intervention methods,can significantly increase the probability of success,nurses quality achieve the teaching goal.关键词
