摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of homemade skirt gastric lavage gastric lavage in the emergency department.Method:46 cases of emergency gastric lavage were divided into the observation group for 22 cases and the control group for 22 cases,the observation group was given homemade skirt lavage gastric lavage,the control group used conventional gastric lavage methods. Quality of care and the doctors,nurses,patient satisfaction were compared of the two groups.Result:The difference of quality of care and health risk tripartite satisfaction in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Homemade skirt lavage gastric lavage gastric lavage in the emergency department can improve the quality of care,increase patients’comfort,significantly reduce the intensity of the work of nurses and doctors, worthy of clinical use.关键词
