急性下壁心肌梗死心电图改变与梗死相关血管关系探析

Abstract
Objective:To study the correlation of the electrocardiogram(ECG)changes of acute inferior wall myocardial infarction associated with infarction blood vessels.Method:60 cases of acute inferior wall myocardial infarction (IAIM)from January 2007 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected. All ECG data of patients were retrospectively analyzed,and compared with coronary angiography data to analyze the correlation.Result:In the ECG ST segment elevationⅢ>Ⅱ,the RCA group accounted for 84.0%,was significantly greater than the LCX group(P<0.05);in the ECG ST segment lower AVL>I,RCA group accounted for 86.8%,was significantly greater than the LCX group(P<0.05);lead the V3 ST segment lower and leadⅢst-elevation ratio>1.2,the RCA group accounted for 18.2%,was significantly less than the LCX group(P<0.05);ECG AVL S/R>1/3 with ST segment lower>1 mm,the RCA group accounted for 84.0%,was significantly greater than the LCX group(P<0.05);V3 lead ST segment lower and leadⅢst-elevation ratio>1.2,the LCX lesions group accounted for 77.8%,was significantly greater than the proportion of the different parts of occlusion in the RCA group(P<0.05);between 0.5-1.2,RCA distal occlusion accounted for 75.0%,was significantly greater than RCA near the middle block and the LCX occlusion lesion group(P<0.05);<0.5 RCA near the middle block accounted for 87.5%,was significantly greater than the other two position(P<0.05).Conclusion:ECG IAIM display with infarct-related artery in patients with significant correlation,it has obvious predictive value.关键词
